Although my home state is very RKBA-friendly we are still technically a may-issue state.
Although my my 20 years of being a gun owner and CCW holder I've never heard of discretionary denials it would be nice to be legally shall-issue.
There was a bill introduced in the state House this April (HB582) to fix this.
I ask all my fellow forum members who are also residents of the state to please contact your rep. and ask them to support this bill.
