All are aware of Alien Gear's triple guarantee. Afterall, they advertise it. What they don't promote is their fantastic customer service. It's something which must be experienced to truly appreciate. Way to go AG !

Now I can extend my comment. FIRST, I bought my first AG IWB holster 10/13. I emailed them three times over the ensuing holiday season to request longer spacers and screws. Finally got their help AND a 10% credit on my original purchase because AG felt badly they'd taken so long to respond! I didn't ask for the credit, AG volunteered it! A few weeks ago
AG rolls out their new Cloak Tuck 2 IWB holster and even though I love my original AG, I order the new composite backer. Oh, I was almost ready to get one of their "sweet" hats (grandson's opinion and vocabulary), on a separate order, but noticed shipping would cost more than the hat. I pointed this shipping cost issue out to AG and guess what just arrived in today's mail? My new Cloak Tuck 2 composite backer AND a FREE AG hat. How's that for simply incredible customer service? Combined with their guarantees and product quality, I cannot imagine a better holster buying experience than Alien Gear's.
