The accused Fort Hood gunman is paralyzed and likely will never be able walk again, his lawyer said Friday.

I don't see why this is even news, they can just use a wheel chair to take him to the death chamber can't they?

I don't believe he will ever be executed. It's my understanding that in military tribunals when the death penalty is given the Prez. has to sign off on it. I don't see that happening. Although some of you law dogs probably have a better insight to this than me.

You can't take hostages to free a "martyr". Dead is dead.

I'm terribly concerned that he's not in really SEVERE pain.

I don't think the POTUS will sign off on an execution. The guy is a Muslim, and Obama has said so many times that he loves the Muslim religion. But wait, I shouldn't "jump to conclusions," should I?
