Gentlemen,
So I am really getting the AR15 bug bad. Earlier today on my ranchero I took out a varmit with a head shot at 100 yards with my friends AR15 custom with scope. First head shot ever that met with success!
In anticipation of my 3 lowers that are arriving at my ffl this week, coupled with my 8+ other guns...I thought it was time to upgrade to a nice big gun safe. Reviews of these two safes are hard to come by. I heard the Amsec TF Series is made in China and sometimes has issues with the lock. I just want solid safe that is easy to open and close.
The Bighorn is at Costco for $569 deliver to my door (plus tax)
And the Amsec I have to drive a spell to get in SoCal but it is only $399.
Your input would be appreciated...Also open to other safes...trying not to spend too much money on a safe!
