Why does nothing I've just read surprise me? You could have written this script 10, 20, 30 or 40 years ago. Substitute the names and dates and you've got it all dialed in. It's almost like reading a news report that says "peace initiative in the the middle east".
It's a "new era of government". Just remember, they have "nothing at all against firearms". The only thing new, is them thinking no one remembers the last time!
