I just saw a story the other day of a bear that was darted by the wildlife department to get it out of an urban area I suppose, anyway the bear decided to go for a swim as the drugs started to kick in. The bear was likely going to drown so a bystander, a Russian visitor, stripped and swam out and hauled the bear in alone.

Gutsy Russian. I presume he’s a tourist til the war is done but I think I like this guy.

I saw a clip in the news of a man swimming, kissing and caressing a large Gator. More than likely he raised it from birth and the Gator is well fed - but never the less, it's still a wild animal with basic instincts. Everything goes well - until it doesn't!
