AHHA!!! I started digging into this thing (no pun intended) and found out the truth! That's right....inquiring minds want to know. Anyway, so is this a case of a bad day on the job gone horribly wrong? According to the YouTube poster, the video is actually an April Fool’s Day prank he played on his boss. So turns out it was staged all along.
knew something was up!! Most people don't have a video camera trained on their garbage cans.

I guess the one redeeming aspect of the refuse worker's behavior is that, at least, he's not a litterbug.
He may be stark, raving mad, and may very well be capable of horrendous acts of violence, but he did pick up after himself.
