I have short for my height legs. Big giant powerful legs. Spent four years as a full time bicycle cop and guys used to make fun of "the oak trees". I have calves that look like a softball is inside (my upper body is a different story, so I am not trying to sound conceited). My calves are so big I cannot draw from a conventional ankle rig because they fully cover the grip. So, I am an ankle holster fan. I carried an Eagle upside down ankle rig for my entire police career. Everything from a steel j frame to an airweight j frame to a Sig P230, and finished my career with a Glock 26. I carried a pouch on the opposite leg with a CPR mask and at one point even leg irons to offset the weight.
So, as a guy who has a long history of ankle carry, who has and daily carries a 2 5/8" PC 627 as a car gun, is an N Frame lover and has the leg strength to support this..........Not a *******g chance. This is like asking for an IWB holster for an 8 3/8" N frame and being shocked nobody makes one. Mission drives the gear train. What is the goal of ankle carry of a snub N frame?
The other worry for any custom leather maker is that no matter how good the holster is, the customer will not be happy as it will not ever be comfortable, efficient, concealable or work right.
