Annoying license plates

I used to know a guy in Vermont with the tag:

PB FOOT

His wife is a physicist with IBM. PB is the periodic table symbol for lead.

Some time ago...

The first personalized plate I obtained was after Iran took our folks hostage: "IRANSUX". I removed it after two years when they released our citizens. Now, I have "MRUREZ"....

Saw a pro street rod in a magazine with "2FAS4U." From the write up, it was 2FAS4 just about anyone...

Some one sent me picture of the back of a car. the tag said NOT-HIS.
There's one I saw a photo of: WAS HIS

And this one:

A few years ago I saw a woman driving a car with the following plate: ILI4U

I never decided if she was a hooker or a Lawyer.

I used to run this one on my Ford van when I lived in Montana. A few people found it offensive, but they were easily distracted and wandered off pretty quickly. :D

My occupation as location scout for billboards is suggested by my vanity plate: HWYPTRL

Just saw this one on a new Jag in the Winn-Dixie parking lot:

"UR JELIS"

Bet it doesn't make it a week without a major scratch.

Saw one yesterday on a Benz roadster (of course) said I M A 10. couldnt see her to confirm, though.
There's also a 71 chevelle SS #396 running around town with a plate that says YOUD LOSE

When I lived in Alabama, personalized tags were $50. Vanity tags, like ones for Auburn University or the University of Alabama were $50 as well. So a personalized college tag would cost $100 over astandard. Too rich for my blood.

According to the 'Net, the Commonwealth of Virginia has the most personalized tags in the country. The same tag combo here in Ole Virginny only costs $20 over the normal fee.

Got my first one in the mail today. Couldn't get "Muley Gil"-too many letters:
