Today I will be celebrating another personal anniversary. Today, at 3:30 PM, I will mark the exact 9th anniversary of my retirement
on December 31, 2015. Best move I could have made. It's been a great run.

I agree, gold dollar. Mine was over 36 ago. I have out lived all those buggers I once worked for. It took a long time but it was worth it.

Good for you Golddollar and happy anniversary. I retired 16 years ago last May. The best 16 years of my life! The only thing that could be better is if I still got the pay check too! HA HA!

Congrats Golddollar!! Wife and I retired 6/30/06 it has been a good run.

The only thing I miss about work is having to pay for wire ties and stuff like that. I've even bought duct tape for the first time about 4 weeks ago.
As far as people, some of those cafeteria managers were, well, I'm married. And SHE was one for a while. I do miss setting a 32' ladder up at 10 degrees F. at 07:00 to work on a roof top HVAC unit!
