I guess I got lucky when I ordered a S&W 25 rd magazine well after all the craziness started and they shipped it out in a week. Now I regret not buying the three that they allowed. I guess you never know.

I had a similar experience with this company, where it appeared the item was in stock but a few days later I was notified it wasn't. Inconvenient yes. Reason to bad talk a company online... no.
I run a business too & wonder what would happen to me if I was bombarded with orders, as never before.
Granted, they are having inventory issues but why complain about the pricing now? Seems to me you were plenty happy with their pricing initially, as you placed an order. We do live in a free enterprise society where supply & demand can impact pricing. If you were willing to pay a surcharge for a non essential item, why bring it up now & attempt to damage their reputation? You agree to their pricing. You could have said no.
Now if you wish to badmouth a company that is having inventory issues during this time of mass hysteria, where folks like you are willing to pay 50% extra for an item, then that is your choice. I'm just saying I can easily see where certain companies were caught unexpected & don't have the tools or resources to handle all these orders properly & in a timely manner.
At least they've never charged my card before shipping the goods

Mass hysteria has nothing to do with it. It is their business model.
