Another Heart Healthy Breakfast

I could happily live out my days ordering from an English menu.

I'd love to try some "real" British fish and chips. When I was in Ohio I hit up Captain D's 5 times. Closest one to me in 40 minutes away, and I doubt it would be like the real ones.

There's a Gordan Ramsey Fish and Chips in Orlando I'd love to try, but I hate dealing with Orlando.

My favorite breakfast is scrambled eggs, lots of crispy bacon, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and fresh sliced tomatoes. Don't like sausage in my gravy, but some on the side would be most cool. Only time I get that is when I go to Ohio, and when my folks came down to spend the winters.

Speaking of Red Rose Tea, anyone remember this commercial? My dear departed grandmother thought it was hilarious.

Wheel me out a Full English Breakfast: Back bacon, eggs, black pudding, streaky bacon, grilled tomatoes, fried mushrooms, sausage, baked beans, hash browns and toast.

Then cancel all my appointments for the day.

Don't get me wrong. I would love that meal, but my system would not be right for a week. I would probably need to put a cardiologist on speed dial
