Another model 360 front sight question

I don't get on and post often, I mostly come to read and learn. I didn't find what I am looking for searching so I need to ask. I have the model 360 .357 scandium snubnose with the fluted cylinder, an older model. The front sights suck. After getting cataract surgery, now the flat black front sight blends in with the narrow gap in the flat black rear sight. I can't see much of anything at all. The red insert in the newer front sights just turn black in low light. Do I have any options for a hi-viz from sight for my .360 ?? The front sight is pinned and can be changed ... hopefully to something better. It doesn't have to be a S&W sight if someone knows of a better option.

I have an XS tritium sight on mine. They are available in standard dot or big dot.
Might not work with your holster though.

How did the height of the XS front sights compare to the factory's?

Did the POA=POI change at SD distances (7yds)?

The 360 M&P came with a tritium sight from the factory.

I think it’s smaller than the Big Dot version, but still decent.
