But this ones different because it's mine 😛
Well my Black Friday Shield was flawless through 100 rounds of Blazer Brass loaded with my 7 round and three 8 round mags .Trigger felt great I think I might leave this one stock "that's what I say now " lol . For such a small gun I can't beleive how good it felt in my hand and how smooth it was . Only went through a 100 rounds and wish I could of went threw another 100 because I had no shooting fatigue what so ever. This little shield is very accurate and such a joy to shoot .Considering this was the smallest/barrel gun I own I was impressed with the results . These obviously aren't personal targets to brag about but I'm posting them to show how well this shield shot . I experimented with my grip threw out and my finger position on the trigger and really didn't see much of difference so any faults were me and not the gun . I was only at about 10 yards"I'm not sure it wasn't marked" but feeling since this will be a close up and personal self defense ccw for me that should be far enough and it will probably never be at that distance anyway if and when anything might happen . Mainly target shooting , 50 rounds on each target but with a couple of mags rapid fire point shooting on both targets .

Oh no! You killed that paper man!! Good shooting. Glad the new Shield is working out for you.

Thank you sir ! LoL That paper man won't be hanging around anymore causing trouble 😀
This little Shield is a sweet shooter and can't wait to hit the range again soon .

Nice shooting! I've got well over 1500 rounds through mine and still love it. I still enjoy shooting it even though I have a new HK VP9 it shares range time with now.

My Shield 9 is also a fantastic little gun .Have had it about 2 months .
Put set of Talon grips on and they improved not only my grip but also my control. Great little shooter

Thanks Man , they are fun to shoot. It's good to share range time and you picked a great companion !!

It exceeded my expectations , I did put some Talons on mine also and it really feels planted now . They were a set for a XDM I had and sold a while back that I never installed so I just trimmed them down and they fit great . The only issue is it kind of looks like a XD now lol so I ordered a set made for the shield from Talon on Monday . I'll run the ones on there now for a while though .

Not to hi-jack my own thread lol But was just curious I notice there's a slot next to everyone's Avitar and some are sporting there NRA symbol . I'm a proud NRA member and can't figure out how to get it on there .
Thanks in advance

My wife and I absolutely love our Shields. We always take them to the range along with our .380s, but the Shields get more practice time.

I just picked up a M&P shield 9mm last Wednesday and I am very impressed with it. I let my wife shoot it (since it was her birthday when i bought it) and she was also impressed with how well it shoots. My only problem is I now hate the trigger on my S&W SD40VE, I guess I will have to look into an apex trigger kit for the SD40.

I have yet to find anything I don't like about my shield. I'm glad you like yours as well. I have very similar experiences shooting this gun. I like the trigger even though it feels a bit unconventional and I am amazed how accurate it is for such a compact little gun.

Great report!
