I'm from El Paso, about as far west as one can get in Texas. My real name is Colin but that has already been taken as a username, so I went with Cyrano, from the size of my proboscis and my admiration for Edmond Rostand's character. I collect mainly US military weapons and straight pull rifles, but I have a real accumulation of other stuff, including some Smiths. I shot a Model 41 on an Army team in the late 1950s. It has a 4 digit number and I still have it, box and all the goodies as well.
