That's a 6" 686, made in the early 80's. It didn't go back for the hammer nose bushing recall. If it had, you'd see an "M" stamp near "686".

I's probably worth around $700.

The "AJV" prefix isn't specifically listed in my book.
My book does say the Mod. 686 no dash began in 1980, and then the 686-1 began sometime in 1986. I'm just guessing once the 686-1 began the 686 no-dash models stopped, but again, that's just a guess.
