Any Love For The Older Rossi’s ??

I've got a little five shot 38 with 4" barrel that is good shooter. I think I paid $235? Something like that back in August.

Seems to be a decent little gun. I've got a little hunter holster for it. Nice rig. I don't use it for anything, but it's cool.

YES! I love the Ross Rifle. Its such a nicely made interesting gun, especially military surplus examples.

Oh, Rossi revolvers?

No, no love at all. Much rather spend slightly more and just get an old used Model 10.

I have an old 2" 5 shooter, has always worked and shoots point of aim. What's not to like. I don't shoot it a whole lot as I've seen a few older used ones that were a bit loose.

One of my favorite guns - and the one I’ve had the longest - is my Rossi 518, 22lr. I’ve also had a bunch of Rossi 720’s. The Interarms-era Rossis are great guns

I've posted this pistol before but it is always worth putting up again. Here is my Rossi 720 in .44 Special and wood grips. Always a joy to shoot, but my wife has claimed it!

Oh, you mean Rossis! I thought we were going to talk about the famous Canadian rifle.
That's why I didn't open the thread. I had no knowledge, and no desire for knowledge, of the Ross straight pull rifle.

I have no knowledge or desire for knowledge of older, or for that matter newer, Rossi pistols. But I have two of their shotguns, six of their lever rifles, and a pump 22. I greatly appreciate older Rossi long arms.

Have an Interarms era model 68 w/ 3" bbl. 5 shot looks unfired& reminds me of the "J" frames.

A couple years ago I found a Rossi M69 at the OGCA show. Basically a J frame sized revolver in 32 Long with adjustable sights. The pistol was very clean but I had immediate buyers remorse feeling that I'd probably overpaid. After the first range session my wife kindly claimed ownership of the little Rossi, releasing me of my buyers remorse. She prefers the Rossi to her 442 due to sight picture and less recoil.

Am I allowed to mention a Rossi 62? It's their pump action .22 take on the famous Winchester 62. Mine brings me back 65 years to the boardwalk shooting gallery's at the Jersey shore.

My rifle shoots POA-POI at 25 yds. with CCI SV. with iron sights and 75 YO eyes I can get squirrel head size groups. Keeps me happy, that's what counts. It's an old one and built pretty solid. Still available new but I have no idea if the quality is still there.
