Any Other Miculek Grip Enthusiasts Out There?

I would be worried when shooting smooth grips in the Southern summer humidity. Seems like they'd be slick & prone to shift under load?

As POLICE in S Fla's Dade County, I have pulled a revolver enough times to know that a firm, non slippery, hand filling grip is preferred. The SW 625 that I carried came with Jerry's grips. Nice feeling but too smooth. A cut section of bicycle tube stretched over them did the trick.

Looks sort of like Jerry "borrowed" the concept from Bill Jordon. They look identical to Jordon style grips.

Jordan had huge hands. NFL receiver seized. Those grips cover the back strap and are much larger than Jerry's. But work for some folks.

I am no JM but I have them on my competition guns. They allow you to make micro grip adjustments as you draw if you don't get it just right as you grab it. Jerry knew what he was doing. They can kind of beat you up on long shooting days, but I still prefer them and use them anyway, but only on my "speed shooting" guns.
