Anyone else had an FFL application stalled, slow walked, tabled..etc for no reason???

From what I understand, any paperwork glitch is now grounds for revocation.

At the risk of running off topic, I'm not a big fan of the E-4473. With a paper 4473, the requirement was that the purchaser had to fill it out. So any lies were in his handwriting. Now, I see clerks doing the e-4473 for the customer so a valid defense might be "I told him 'yes' but he must have checked 'no.'"

I was actually told by my interviewer that virtually all mistakes or "Violations" have to do with the 4473. You risk your license each time for that whopping $35-$50 transfer fee.

How true. There can be the stated reason like "we're short staffed" but the real reason is......hmmmm

Don't you know it. They can drag this out as long as they want. Just like DMV, you can't exactly go somewhere else.
