I have never attended, but am considering joining. Has anyone on here ever attended? If so, how was it? Thanks for the help in advance!!!

I've never been there but a friend went and thought it was fun. His class had about 40 people in it. I guess it just depends on what you're looking for. For me, if I'm spending mega-bucks on gun training, I would want something a little more intense and one-on-one.

I do have to admit my bias against most "gun school" classes as, in my opinion, they have nothing to do with the reality of civilian concealed carry and self defense. I did take a Suarez class on point shooting that I found to be of great value and most applicable to what I use guns for, that is, civilian concealed carry/self defense with a high likelihood of extreme close range and short duration.

I attended FS three times when it was still in Bakersfield. I was very impressed with the instruction as I was at that time a LEO Range Master/Instructor. I have toured the Pahrump facility and like the layout very much. The place is a state of the art shooting range. What I don't like about the situation now is the constant "selling" going on at most every break and after wards to upgrade membership or just to buy an initial membership. Mr. Piazza is a high pressure salesman and never lets up. IMHO, Mr. Piazza's business practices are keeping him in courts either defending a law suit or initiating a law suit. Putting that aside, I think the caliber of instruction is as high as one can get anywhere in the USA. .......... Big Cholla
