Anyone had an opportunity to shoot an EDC X9..........

Yes, I owned one. It was an interesting gun. Well made, it is what you would expect from Wilson Combat. Excellent fit and finish and tight as a drum. I would buy on the used market. They go for about $2K gently used.

I ended up trading it for another Wilson Combat 1911 in 9MM. I don't regret that decision. The EDC x9 just didn't do it for me. I have other Double Stack 9MM's that are more ergonomic at a fraction of the price point.

I have shot it and found that it is a good gun, easy to shoot well and with good ergonomics, as you would expect from Wilson. Somehow I still settled for a different carry gun and I have settled on a couple of Swiss P210s and a custom 1911 as 9mm range guns.

Had one for about a month. Tried to like it, but the ergo's just weren't very good for me. It was well made, and finish was good.

Yes, I have one and like it. It's is easier to conceal than a full size Govt model, the quality is great. Ergonomics for me is great. There are a few dealers that offer a small discount.

Yes! Picked one up "used" but unfired with all the factory swag. For me, ergos are perfect, well balanced, shoots like a dream, remarkably little recoil for an alloy frame, spot on accurate, easy to field strip, great fit and finish, holsters easy to find, though its not my carry gun. Just a complete joy to own and shoot. Nothing I don't love about it.Don't see selling this one. As others suggest, though, handle and shoot one if you can, then decide. For me, its a keeper.

One of the customers let me shoot his. Excellent fit and finish. Felt good in the hand. It put 5 rounds of Federal 115 grain ball into a 1 inch cloverleaf at 7 yards. Fantastic pistol.

But too rich for my blood. Regards 18DAI
