I'm having weird problem with Winchester .500 S&W brass both standard and nickle plated.

I'm using single stage Rock Chucker and RCBS .500 S&W dies (I'm waiting for Redding dies to come in) but back on topic.

When I bell the brass the Winchester brass takes considerable more effort to bell while all my other brass (Hornady / Starline) bells easily.

Once everything is done and ammo is crimped using Lee Crimp die the Winchester brass wont go into cylinder the Hornady / Starline slides right in. Both cast and jacketed projectiles.

The Winchester brass goes maybe 1/8" and that is. I know that something is happening during belling because thats the only difference I can tell between using Winchester brass and others.

Are you adjusting the dies separately for the different brass or adjusting once and using the same adjustment for all? Different case lengths and cases with different wall thickness will bell and crimp differently. If the Winnies are longer and/or have a thicker wall thickness, they will bell more than the other brands.....they will also crimp differently.
