Anyone have a loose blast shield?

I have a M&P 340 that's about 6 months old that I have about 300 rounds through. I noticed tonight while cleaning it that the small blast shield above the forcing cone is a bit loose...can move about a 32nd in each direction. Anyone else have one loose? Think it should be sent in, or just shoot it the way it is?

I did after eating at Chili's the other night, but I don't think we're talking about the same thing.

I had one that did the same thing. I put a drop of red lock title on each side of the shield and let it soak in good. Wiped off the excess and let dry for about a week before I shot it anymore. It never moved again.

Okay thanks sir. Just wondered if it would shoot off, or whether it was worth sending back for warranty

I really don't know if it would ever fall out. I guess it is possible if one continued to shoot it with it loose and with mag loads. I used the lock tight on mine and it held it solid up until I sold it.
