Bill,
Love the background, is that the Tucson Mountain Park area? On your way to the Movie Studios??
After this past winter, I wish there was more Tucson time on my calendar....

Now THAT'S what I'm talking about !!! How do you like the Forcewinder intake ? I have an aftermarket intake but I'm liking the one you have, Buell tubers forever !!! Yeah, that's a Harley motor between the frame.....93 stock horsepower, who cares if it shifts like a tractor !!! Shoo

Re. Forcewinder, I bought the bike used the guy that had it before me put it on. The carb is re-jetted and with the Vance & Hines exaust it seems to have a lot of HP=fun. Does wicked burn outs, but quit doing that cause tire dont last long.

Interbak,

Nice Norton. How is the parts supply up in Canada for Nortons? I am going to be needing some parts.

Been riding a long time. Started off with a 1982 Suzuki GS 300 when I turned 16 in 1982. After getting out of high school, I bought a NOS 1982 Yamaha 750 Maxim in 1985 when I started college. In 1991, I bought a 1991 Honda CBR 600 F2. In 1994, I moved up to a CBR 900 RR and in 1998 I got a new CBR 1100 XX.

Current ride is a NOS 2003 Kawasaki ZZR 1200 I bought in May 2006.

shovelwrench,
Thats a great looking bike you built! What did it start out as? I used to have a stock '81 XLS 1000cc Roadster, wish I still had it.

Here's a picture of me taken in 1975, on my 1973 Moto Guzzi V7 sport.

That V7 Sport really gets me going. I bought a new R75/5 in 1972. When Guzzi introduced the V7 Sport the next year, I was sure I had made a mistake. I kept the BMW, and it gave me almost 200,000 miles, so I guess I did ok with it. But I have always admired the V7 Sport.

I guess I did alright, though, when a buddy steered me to a sweet MK I LeMans because the V7 in his garage rendered another Guzzi cafe racer superfluous. 24 years later, I sold the 850 to the son of the guy who sold it to me.
