ANYONE RUN TRIJICON HDs ON THEIR FULL SIZE M&P?

The main thing I'm interested in is what is your POI compared to POA? I have found out that the trijicon HDs are taller than the standard m&p sights, I already get low impacts from my fullsize m&p45, that is well used so breaking in & trigger control are not the issue. I'm worried the taller sights will drop my shots even lower. But considering they come as a set, the rear sight should level it out. What does your POA to POI look like? 1 more question, yellow or orange front? Wish they had a lumi lime green

I do, set of Trijicon HDs. I installed them in January, IIRC, on my FS 9mm bought November.

I picked yellow front because I'm slightly color blind, and I find them easy to pick up.

I did not notice any change in my POI vs. POA in changing the sights from the stock units to the Trijicons.

I'm running a compact with orange HD, and I seem to be having lower impacts after changing the sites out.

Damn that's not what I want to hear & am afraid of. I'm hitting a little low with factory sights & any lower will make accuracy suffer. I guess I may go with dawson sights & possibly a thinner front

Damn that's what I don't want. I'm hitting only slightly low at 10 yards but hit even lower at longer range. At 25 yards I aim at the head & hit in the upper chest. I may go with dawson sights to get a thinner & shorter front sight.
