My wife thinks its funny I cant get into it, and all I can see is Ed Oneil as Al Bundy in Married With Children, which I thought was the best TV show ever. What do you folks think am I wrong.
Anyone watch this program.

It's one of the best network sitcoms on right now..crisp writing and excellent acting.

He will always be Al Bundy. I absolutely loved that show !!! He may have always been dreaming but he never actually cheated on Peg.

I will say first that Board Rules need to be followed here.
My OPINION-
I freely admit to holding values that are looked upon by much of modern society as archaic.
Many of those values are viewed as archaic because the Main Stream Media has simply used ancient brainwashing techniques to alter society. Old dudes like me can watch such a show, and merely laugh or wrinkle our noses at various bits. Put a child in front of the screen night after night, and in 20 years, you have a generation that believes........(Board Rules)......... that believes such things as "alternate life choices" and the denigration of "old values" are, and always have been, THE Norm.
For the record- NO, I don't watch it.
Thanks Lee, I see quite a few posts about movies and movie stars on this forum. But if you really take a good look at them, they often have anti-gun, ultra liberal, "Hollywood" lifestyles and ideals and etc, subliminal messages in them. Sometimes it isn't quite so subliminal and is actually blatent, and "in your face".
Lee, Is there anyway to put an icon on "Holywood" related threads, and "Youtube" links too, that will warn us before we wast our time clicking into them? Just wondering, thanks.

The only show on tv that we keep up with is "The Big Bang Theory" I hate to admit but this show is so stupid it is funny. The only other channels we watch are either Discovery, History, Disney, Food Network, and thats about it. To much Reality crap on now to even worry about. But then thats my humble opinion.

Never heard of it. Googled the show and personally it looks/sounds like crap to me.
If it isn't on the History Channel or National Geographic I don't watch it...except for The O'Reilly Factor.

Nothing beats Al Bundy ....
I watch it. It is pretty funny and the blonde is pretty HOT!

I guess I'm in the minority here...but then again, I live right in the middle of it...I see lots of 2 dad families in my neck of the woods...most of those babies are second stringers that heterosexual couples probably passed on since they get the pick of the litter...so when I see a little abused crack baby being pushed in a stroller by two loving dads, I'm not worried he might grow up gay....I'm just glad he still isn't with his abusive crack-addict mother or father...

Besides the fact that Ed O'Neil will always be Al Bundy and could never be believable in any other role, The Modern Family show is a raw piece of sewage coming through your TV set! Absolutely terrible, both situations and script writing and acting. Absolute garbage along with most of the other crap on prime time TV.
