Apex spring kit

Does the Apex spring kit help lighten trigger pull? If it does why is it not for duty or carry gun? I don't know if i should just install the spring kit or the entire trigger kit. Thank you

What exactly are you trying to do? Lighten the trigger? Removing the take up and over travel? Smoothing out the trigger?

There is more than one kit. One is a 3# competition only. Another is a 5.5# duty carry. Chose what suits your needs.
