The eclipse was a total bust up here, heavily overcast, and never saw the sun all day...oh well, pooh happens, lol !

We had a reasonably good view for most of the event. Some cloudiness here and there.

It got completely dark for about 2 1/2 minutes. We were on the edge of the totality, so that's all we got.

There is supposed to be a partial eclipse in the near future, so my wife wants to keep the glasses. Which she won't be able to locate.

Eclipse shades I held over the cell phone viewfinder while MsNative pressed the shutter button about 4 min. before max. Breeze blew a leafy tree branch hence the little dark triangles.

At the peak moment here in NE Georgia we had the first hummingbird of the year on the feeders. Wonder if that's an omen?

Now that is very peculiar as we were sitting out waiting for the total moments the first hummingbird we have seen this year came to our red honeysuckle. Maybe it is an omen!

You just like screwing with the chickens you sick ******* :D

Hold my beer.

If I thought of it sooner I would have gotten a bunch of blow up dolls and a helium tank.

Set up near a mega church or a cult compound and turn em loose at the appointed time of the rapture, leaving their preacher to explain why they were left behind :D

I think I have seen locally every license plate used in the nation but Hawaii. Folks staying next to me at a hotel this weekend flew here from Japan. They had never even heard of Arkansas until the came here.

My daughter reported a Germany tag from Lambert’s Throwed Rolls parking lot here in flyover country. Still trying to figger that’n out . . .
