Ar carry handle question

Do they all have a hole on the top to attach a rail?

They should, if not, pretty simple to drill a hole.

I believe they all do. Some are better quality then others. Mine is made by DPMS Panther Arms, I love it, fits perfectly but it cost around $90.00, there are cheaper ones though.

The hole in the top is there for mounting scopes or a M1913 rail etc. etc.
