Actually, that "Steve's" version is wrong. "AR" stands for "ArmaLite Rifle," not "ARmaLite"...

It means Awesome zombie killeR
Main point is it DOES NOT STAND FOR AUTOMATIC RIFLE.
The name is derived from ArmaLite (Rifle for the sticklers amoung us
) NOT Auto anything.
