I ordered my usual chicken sandwich at the local Arby's drive thru. I drove back to my work and had opened the lunch sack. There was an extra item for me. Sometimes my "people' at Arby's give me the extra fries or nuggets from messed orders. I was tasting them when the phone intercom rang. The office said Shelly from Arby's was there with my chicken sandwich. Huh? Then I looked at the sandwich in my sack. It was a beef sandwich. I went up and got my sandwich from Shelly and said she is wonderful for bringing it, but "my dear Shelly, you took away my chance to say 'this chicken tastes like beef'".

I never knew there was a difference between Arby's alleged beef and their alleged chicken.

I used to get the 5 for deal and get 4 beef sandwiches and fries for my son and I. Last time I went there the sandwiches were smaller, I asked the counterperson whats up and she said they reduced the meat by 2 oz per sandwich. So I was getting 1/2 lb less meat for the same price.

Haven't been back since.

They're only on the menu for a short time at this time of year, but DO find an Arby's and have one (or more!) of their fish sandwiches. Absolutely scrumptious!

Be forewarned, unless you're really hungry, don't order more than one.

You will thank me later.
