Are S&W Knives Underrated?

They are fine as a disposable, "don't care what happens to it" knife.

I have had a few over the years, they were descent knives but certainly not the best I've had. That is the way I feel about most knives that bare gun company's logos and don't actually make them.

I just like the S&W name and have bought a number of the Smith & Wesson China made knives at very reasonable prices ie Closeout prices. They are very able to do what I need a knife to do. If one does work well I have plenty more to try. I haven't had a problem yet so most of mine are new in the box or plastic wrap.
