Arkansas proposed red flag law

I am happy to say the proposed red flag law was Shot Down in
committee yesterday. So it is dead for this term at least.

Don't worry, next session they'll bring it up again...and again...and again...until finally one day it gets approved. That's how it always works.

Passed here in Colorado by one vote. Poorly written and grossly unconstitutional.
