I own fifty or more Smiths, but also a half dozen or so Tauri. It's not my first choice but honestly the brand has never let me down. Not as nice as Smith, Colt, Ruger, etal, but all of mine have been perfectly serviceable. Their 92 series is actually quite nice. The G2/G3/G4 series work as advertised; I carried my G2C for a number of years.

I have three PT-92s. A very early one made around '83-'84 and two made in '93. They're all just as good as my Berettas.
