This is about Automatic weapons, suppressors and short bbls.
The Notice of Proposed Rule Change period to comment has begun. The proposed rule change is in regard to the ownership of CLASS III items.
The period for comment lasts 90 days, so ends 12/08/13
These rule changes are of executive order, ATF director may call public hearings and/or alter rule changes in response to public comments.
These rule changes include: CLEO endorsement (signature) on documents as required expanded to include all members of the trust being a "responsible person"(the definition also changes onerously) if a trust exists for the Class III item.
Basically the rule changes will make the hoops to jump through higher, smaller and farther apart (and flaming).
