Bar-Sto Barrel fitting for 3rd Gens

I believe Racer X is correct on how to make your own .357 Sig cases. Any time you take a straight wall case and resize it to a bottleneck design, the OAL of the resized case will be shorter than that of the straight wall case. Even though I was not stellar with high school geometry and trigonometry, I still understand some of the concepts.
 
Another example of why it is much simpler and smarter to send Bill the stuff and a check up front. I've done that and never regretted it.

The reason some of these barrels and other parts need fitting instead of falling right in is that precision fitting sometimes make a measurable difference in performance. I am not a good enough shot generally that it matters, but some are. It's kind of like the difference between buying a suit off the rack and being fitted for it.
