I picked this up from their site this morning and it shipped at 1:30 this afternoon. They are sold out now but it's a good sign that these are coming back in stock. Two weeks ago I missed out on the same BCM bolt sold by Ranier.

I was holding out for this and now I have a matching bolt with my BCM barrel. I just about have all I need for the upper so need to post up a pic of all I have so far. For the lower I just have the PSA stripped lower.

Here is the link if you want to keep checking back. I had just closed the page to their site and then checked my email when the notice came for this.

You.......... Are...... trying to suck me back in.

Not doing it. Nope. Not gonna.

Well, might.

Maybe on a dare.

Oh hell, you got me: I will flag it on my computer so I get notified immediately and will sleep with a hot credit card, ready to move!

I think I hate you.

Why is the list price cheaper than their price? It is their component, in the normal business world the list price is higher than the purchase price and not the other way around. If I were using my rifle hard I think I would want one also.

From the BCM web site:
Pricing of this BCM Bolt Carrier Group is priced above our normal selling price, but still about half the market rates. Additional profits will be donated by Bravo Company to the NRA.

There is a story on Bolt Carriers in this months American Rifleman. There are just a few manufacturers of Bolt Carriers in the country that supply all the rifle manufacturers. The story also states that these companies produce them for $20 a piece and when the craziness dies back down that we will be able to buy them for that again. I think I will wait till then :D

Yeah that would be cool. And gas should be around 75 cents a gallon. Can't wait!

No seriously June? I just got mine yesterday. What page because I don't see anything.

I wasn't trying to step on your toes when I posted this. If you would look at page #8 and remember that American Rifleman uses the Cover as page #1. It is in the Correspondence Editor's Letter and starts out with the phrase "parts is parts." I tend to read things thoroughly and I guess it would be easy to miss. So check it out, it's there! ;)

I've been on a "notify me" for a bolt forever. :( I don't want the whole BCG, just the bolt. Oh well, guess they went toward the BCGs first.

It's not just AR parts either. I ordered a remington 20ga 18" barrel back in march that just shipped yesterday.

No response so I guess you must have found it. LOL :D

I found it but been working all day. What I will say is this. Even though
I paid 237.00 total which includes an NRA donation(because
I'm a swell guy) we all know when my gun
is complete I will not have spent FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
to build it. No siree, no cadillac mall ninja here.

:)

I understand I do I do!!! Heck I am looking at a titanium firing pin and SS cam bolt, it just takes me a while to decide or not LOL
