Done, the NRA ILA makes this available regularly. Bookmark it and use as you see fit. I believe you can edit the text if you choose to do so, however the template makes it very easy to let your desires be known.

Great link and I thank the NRA for it. Unfortunately right now the way my district was drawn even though I have contacted my Congressman and Senators, I’d probably get farther with Michael Bloomberg than them.
Doesn’t hurt to try though.
