Looks like a bodyguard front site in the video to me. Some new "enhancement" for the m&p BG to try to boost sales for it I'm guessing.

I really wish it was a Shield 45, but that's not going to be the case.

Screen capture at :25 - Modified to see the outline of 2 pistols - 1 a revolver (also proven by the grip shot at :14-:16) the other looks like the style of a Body Guard (9mm? 45? 40?)
