Beretta Billennium

I'm wondering if anyone has owned or shot a Beretta Billennium. Also looking for guidance on pricing. There is one for sale locally and until I saw the ad I'd never heard of them. Based on my limited research, they sound pretty neat. Thanks in advance for your replies.
