El toro, I doubt it, you would probably have to go with someone like Hamilton Bowen, or Clements. Many gunsmiths would be able to do it as long as your 29 is compatable with the newer barrel, I am not an expert on what engineering changes S&W has made. But that is why we have gunsmiths.
