My thread on National sandwich day got me thinking? What's the best sandwich? I know what my favorite is, let's see what the group chooses.
These choices are only a small sample of the available sandwiches. If your favorite isn't here, tell us what it is. It might become someone else's favorite.:)

Really hard to choose from a Philly cheese steak, good meatball sub, leftover turkey with real mayo and salt, rare roastbeef with real mayo and salt or blt.

Just to be difficult might consider a fried liverwurst with mayo, raw onion and toasted marbled rye bread.

So many great options. A good cheesesteak is always a winner. I also really like a turkey club on rye, or leftover turkey and filling on white bread. A nice bacon, egg and cheese on rye toast or a grilled cheese with bacon are also excellent. Taylor's pork roll on toast is also very good.

My favorite personal sandwich creation is thinly deli sliced Lebanon Bologna (Weavers is the best) and American cheese with Wise potato chips and ketchup on a Kaiser roll. I've been eating them since I was 8 years old.

I went with the Reuben, a good one is hard to find but when you do it is worth it.

Maybe it is the rarity that made me choose it. I like most of the ones on the list, but if I went to a sandwich shop with all of the above on the menu and I knew the Reuben was good that is what I am ordering.

As Al Bundy would say, we call it a 911.
