Best tool EVER!!!

Best tool ever , in my mind anyways has to be a Sawz-all or reciprocating saw. As a youngster I stared in amazement the first time I saw my dad break one out. It's the ultimate demo tool and occasionally used to build stuff.

I use a digging bar to remove rocks,, and I found a couple problems with a simple bar,

When prying, the bar too easily sinks into the surrounding soil.
Also, there is no handle,,,

so,, I DIYed the bar of my needs,,

The end of the bar needed a point of some sort,,
I used a backhoe tooth,, it is designed for digging,,

Since I have built it, I have used it for dozens of different tasks,,

I would like to nominate;

I will also recommend this for BTE, I've been carrying one since first issued. I have carried it even though it has injured me a number of times while sticking my hands in my pocket or even jabbing me in the thigh once while crawling around under something. It has gotten me through a number of mechanical jams, I used it regularly to tighten mirrors on buses I drove rather than call a mechanic from the shop...I even caught hell from a union steward for taking work away from the shop. Its original purpose was to help open C-ration cans which it does very well and fed me while in Vietnam.

I have been carrying that very one for 51 years. A lifer taught me to slightly crimp the blade hinge with channellocks. They have never opened on their own in my pocket.
