I worry about Bianchi. I've loved the quality of the leather products they used to make. But my old belt finally shrunk a little too far..... So I needed a new one. My Bday was in January, so my wife contacted them with plenty of time, so she thought. They no longer make basketweave, and they don't dye them black, either. We got the belt in late March.

They seem to be unresponsive to customers. Maybe they're swamped with orders and are happy with their current production levels.

Regardless, they have my all time favorite magazine advertisement. They had a picture of a guy and his donkey. The heading was "John Bianchi and his ass." Then followed by "John is the one on the left."

I've got a concrete donkey in my side yard. It falls into the general category of Lawn Art. I bought it from a local minature golf course about 12 years ago. Yes, my wife took a digital picture of me standing next to it, then photoshoped it with "Dick and his ass", and the obligatory "Dick's the on on the left."
