Seems the last year or two I have been able to score some really nice deals on Rem Umc ammo (my go-to for the range), between black fri sales and Rem rebates. I havent seen anything yet this year though a couple chains havent released their ads yet.
I can say as an fyi, bfads.com is one of the sites that shares the BF ads when they come out so not a bad way to plan early if you find what you want.

For what it is worth, just saw the bf ad for Fleet Farm; they will have a case of 22 that after sale and rebate is less than .02 per round. Not too bad for plinking lol. I cant say if that is in store only, just sending the info. .

I thought they were $500-$550. The academy deals on firearms usually aren't that good or they are guns I have interest in.

Well, it's almost Cyber Monday now, but better late than never.
Gun shops in my town are expensive for some reason, and Academy usually has better prices even when not having a sale. Last week I bought an M&P Bodyguard 380 on sale for $279.99, which included a bonus $75 Academy gift card. I have lots of grandkids and was going to spend $75 there anyway, so the gift card effectively reduced my price on the Bodyguard to $205. I thought that was a good deal for me. I haven't got to shoot it yet, but I'm liking it so far, even though I know .380 is a weaker SD caliber. I hope it will be fun to shoot at targets, and the little thing will fit into most pockets. (I'm an older female who never wears belts and seldom carries.)

They also had the Shield 9 2.0 with the laser for $299.99, which included a $50 Academy gift card. I already have a Shield 2.0, though, but locally that was a good price especially if you count the bonus $50 gift card, which can always be used for ammo or extra mags if you're not buying anything else there.

I think they also had the Ruger LCP2 .380 for $199.99, but no bonus gift card included with it. I don't know if that's a good deal or not.

I haven't seen any other great deals on guns or ammo this weekend.
