Black presentation case. Anyone know what it is?

I'm pretty sure this is not a S&W case. It came with a pre 29. It fits the gun perfectly.

I have seen a similar case, but I don't remember where I saw it.

Anyone know anything about it? It looks kinda old.

I only have one Pelson (yes, Richard, I still have it...:p)...I like it...It's an excellent fit for my 1954 shipped .357 Magnum...:giggle:...Ben

Seems like a quality case for being 50 years old. I have no idea what it's worth.
It definitely looks like a quality case to me too. In fact, to my eyes, and from what I can see, it actually looks like it is nicer made than the factory blue/black presentation cases that the early .44 magnums came in. Of course they sell for hundreds, if not more, in nice condition. Unfortunately, even if your case is better quality, it doesn’t have the history of the factory cases. I have no knowledge of its value, but my WAG is $300-350. I like it a lot. Thanks for sharing.
