The joke I heard is that Winchester's SXT round was named that because its the "Same Xact Thing" as BT. Just not black anodized.

As always there are endless good opinions on this subject.
Having said that, just remember; when you put the first one right between the BG's eyes, he's going to have an incredible headache! He's not going to care if it's Speer, Federal or Winchester!

That would be great to hit the bad guy right between the eyes with one shot. However, I will be the first to admit that if I am truly in a SHTF moment, I do not feel I will be capable of a one shot in the forehead hit. No matter how much we may practice, the sheer nature of adrenaline in the human system compounded by fear necessitates the need for these ammunition discussions. I will qualify the above statement by saying that law officers and military that train for these type issues may be better able to counter the forces of human nature. If so, I salute you brave gentleman and protectors of our lifestyles.
