Bloomberg's weakness is his tendency to over play his hand. Similar tactics here in MI on recent ballot issues were met with a cold slap by voters... not saying that'll be the case..just hoping reasonable people will see the attempted purchase of their state for what it is.

Mayor Mike goes down to his estate in Bermuda almost every weekend. He flies on his private plane. Bermuda is very anti-gun. Even the police don't carry guns. Mayor Mike has special permission to travel with two armed men from the NYPD who guard him when he is down there.

I just saw the ad again... And this time my wife and I both caught something that made us laugh. The guy says "for me, guns are for hunting and protecting my family".
We looked at each other and laughed because we both heard it as guns are for hunting his family. Hmmm just one of those instances where the way you word something is important. It's kind if a contradiction... Guns are for hunting his family as well as protecting his family. I guess it depends on what side of his family he's talking about....
