I don't know if the PC does black SS, but lots of others do. SIGs come from the factory with black stainless. It can't be that hard to do.

Black-T finish can be applied to stainless. W.E. Birdsong Associates, Inc., 1435 Monterey Road, Florence, MS 39073, 601-939-7448, can apply the finish. They did a Browning HP for me and a S&W Model 10 for a colleague of mine. Both were outstanding.
