Bodyguard 380 no laser

I just purchased a BG380 w/o laser and after 2 trips to the range with it (along with it's big brothers sd9ve & the governor) I have to say I like it. I had 2 issues on different days that were corrected:1. the take down lever kept popping out(resolved)2. the flat plate mag that came with it would not seat in the gun properly(called SW the told me to send it to them for replacement) the 380 is accurate and powerful I am happy with the choice. Has anyone else experienced any issues like mine?

I've had the BG380 for about a year now with probably 300 rounds of FMJ and HP thru it so far. I haven't had any issue with it at all, and it's been my EDC. It's been very reliable for me. I just bought a Shield 9 today and will probably make it my EDC for moderate weather, but I'll most likely continue carrying the BG in the summer heat.
